If the organization’s management system is complied with ISO Standard requirement and certified, then organization can use ISCT Certification Mark only or JAS-ANZ Accreditation Mark in conjunction with the ISCT Certification Mark.
You may use only in conjunction with your Organization’s name and/or Logo on Company Brochure, Business Card, and Company Envelope and so on, but shall not be used on a product nor product packaging nor in any other way that may be interpreted as denoting product conformity.

Suspension, withdrawal of certification, Reduction of scope and Other processes
A Certificate may be suspended or withdrawal of certification if organization fail to meet certification requirement. ISCT shall suspend certification if the organization's management system has persistently or seriously failed to meet certification requirements, including requirements for the effectiveness of the management system. ISCT shall withdraw or reduce the scope of certification if the organization fail to resolve the issues that have resulted in the suspension in a time established by ISCT. ISCT shall reduce the client’s scope of certification to exclude the parts not meeting the requirements, when the client has persistently or seriously failed to meet the certification requirements for those parts of scope of certification.
Request for Information, Appeals and Complaints
If ISCT will receives the request for information, complains and appeals relates to ISCT certification activities or relates to a certified client, ISCT shall be responsible for all decision and take action according to the handling process. The request for information to ISCT is crick the “Contact” tab and then call us or send e-mail. The notification of intent to appeal must be made within seven days of receipt of “Notification of Certificate suspension or withdrawal”, or “Audit report with adverse findings and /or recommendations”.
If the certified organization complains about ISCT audit process, then, ISCT will receive the written document, evaluate it and decide the handling process of the complaint.
If complaint relates to a certified client, ISCT will receive the document of complaints against the client within the scope of organization which are proved by clear evidence upon the investigation, ISCT will require the organization to take immediate action within the specified time frame.
